MADE TO ORDER
Fromm Built apparel is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared before it ships.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times vary depending on your location, product availability, production time, and destination. Orders will be shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the applicable product page. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide options required by applicable law. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, estimated delivery dates may be affected by circumstances out of our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some items may be produced or fulfilled separately. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Because products re made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or replacements for order submitted with an incorrect or incomplete address.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact Fromm Built within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description so we can review it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
