REFUND POLICY
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Fromm Built apparel is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or other preference-based reasons, except where required by applicable law.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact Fromm Built within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
SIZE & FIT
Please review the available sizing information before ordering. We cannot guarantee returns, exchanges, or replacements when an incorrect size is ordered.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee any refunds or replacements for orders affected by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
COLOR & APPEARANCE
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment materials, printing, embroidery, and normal production variations. Minor variations are not considered defects.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because products are made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
